Santosh Sahoo - Executive Chef
Santosh is a certified Chef de Cuisine and brings over 15 years of leadership/management experience in various food and beverage settings from Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Chef Sahoo is innovative, creative and current in culinary food styles, cuisines and trends. He is driven, passionate and a leader that is motivated to provide memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
Our collective goal is to provide a farm–to–fork approach to all of our menus, and to pass similar culinary values on to future generations.
